A common mistake is writing “knots per hour.” A knot already means one nautical mile per hour, so “knots per hour” describes acceleration rather than speed.

Output guide

Converted speed is the main result in kilometers per hour and is displayed to two decimals. Input speed repeats the parsed knot value so you can confirm what was used.
